Leeric Lodge & Resort (pronounced "lyric"), a charming private estate nestled in the heart of Silver Point, Tennessee. We're conveniently located just an hour east of Nashville and an hour and a half north of Chattanooga and west of Knoxville.
At Leeric Lodge & Resort, we pride ourselves on offering an exclusive and intimate experience for our valued guests. Our property is a private estate, carefully curated to ensure a serene and unforgettable stay. We specialize in hosting discerning guests seeking a tranquil retreat for destination weddings, private and corporate events, with overnight accommodations for up to 30 adult guests.
Our property showcases the breathtaking natural beauty of Tennessee, featuring stunning views of Center Hill Lake and the Upper Cumberland mountainous plateau. After submitting your inquiry, you’ll be directed to schedule a phone consultation with us. This call is where we get to know you and your vision for your wedding day.
During this conversation, we will:

💡 Note: Most of our couples are from out of state, and over 80% of them secure their wedding date without even visiting in person. We offer virtual tours to ensure flexibility. Rest assured those who never saw our venue until their wedding day gave us 5 stars. Our pictures just don't do the view nor our venue justice.

Secure Your Wedding Date
Once you’ve made the decision to move forward, securing your wedding date is as simple as:

Submitting a $500 non-refundable deposit (applicable to any collection).

Signing your contract, which includes a clear breakdown of our quarterly payment schedule (25% installments, with all payments due 30 days prior to your wedding).
After securing your date, we’ll send you a comprehensive Welcome Packet filled with resources, information, and planning tools to get you started.

Ongoing Support and Planning
We don’t just take your deposit and disappear—we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Unlike other venues, we stay in contact with our couples throughout the engagement. Communication is key, and we ensure everything is handled directly with you to avoid miscommunication.
Here’s what you can expect during the planning process:

Initial Planning Call: Scheduled within two weeks of booking to answer questions and begin planning your event.

Mid-Point Check-In: A virtual meeting halfway through your planning timeline to discuss progress, address concerns, and keep everything on track.

45-30 Day Check-In: A meeting with you and your day- or month-of coordinator to finalize the timeline, confirm vendor details, and ensure everything is aligned.

Final Call (14-7 Days Out): A quick check-in to address last-minute questions and confirm the final details.
During the last month, we ramp up communication to ensure you’re fully supported. From vendor confirmations to timeline creation, we handle the details so you can continue to focus on enjoying this exciting time.

Why Leeric Lodge?
Hi there! We’re so glad you found us. I’m Tina, and my husband is Paul. Together, we’re the proud owners of this little slice of heaven we call Leeric Lodge & Resort (pronounced "lyric") on Center Hill Lake.
Our journey to this dream has been one filled with adventure and love. Paul and I met years ago while I was traveling abroad—he was serving in the U.S. Army at the time. At the young ages of 24 and 27, we said "I do" in my home state of Michigan and honeymooned in Gatlinburg.
Like so many Michiganders who visit Tennessee, we instantly fell in love with the area. But unlike most, we knew we never wanted to leave. That trip planted a dream in our hearts, one we carried with us for decades.
For the past 29 years, Tennessee has felt like a second home. We’ve traveled through its hills and hollers more times than we can count—four times a year, in fact! We often joke that we’ve probably seen more of Tennessee than some natives.
Over ten years ago, we embraced a full-time RV lifestyle, exploring the country and making unforgettable memories. That chapter brought so much joy and adventure, and it also helped us realize something—we have a deep love for creating spaces where people can come together, relax, and feel cared for.
When we stumbled upon this property in 2021, we just knew it was meant to be. The home needed some love—it was rocking the full '90s vibe—but we could see its potential. We rolled up our sleeves, poured in our passion, and little by little, brought the magic back to this place.
We named it Leeric Lodge & Resort as a nod to our connection. "Leeric" combines our middle names—Lee and Eric—a small but meaningful reminder of the commitment and teamwork that made this dream a reality.
Our goal here is simple: to create a space where people can feel truly present, set aside their worries, and just be. Whether it’s celebrating love, gathering with family, or stealing a quiet moment of solitude, we want every corner of the Lodge, glamping suites, and property to offer comfort and connection.
We’ve poured our hearts into every detail of Leeric Lodge. From cozy nooks in the Lodge to serene spots by the pool, every part of this place is designed to invite you to pause, laugh, and make memories with those you care about most.
